My favorite camp of all time is Break into Business. That's where it all started. A place where kids could learn and launch a business. It entirely boosted my creativity.
Wait-I need to rewind to a year before: "MOM!" "Mom!" "Can I start a business?" And the answer was always no. So my mom found a business camp for kids, and thought that I would be educated on how much work it would take to launch and own a business. Her plan failed.
I ended up coming home with tons of knowledge about business, and apparently, my mom was finally convinced that I could own a company. (Woohoo!) And to this day, I've been making mistakes, and have been continuing Curious Kathryn happily.
A company begins with hard work, and your whole heart, and that's just what I'm doing.
Big and Bold.
I had an idea. A big one. To start a business. But all of this couldn't have been accomplished without the support of my family and friends, and the so many people who have helped me along the way. Thank you everyone, to the people that were here from the beginning, and the ones that just found out about Curious Kathryn. And, I appreciate every single one of you.
I'm just one person in 7 billion. But I've decided to take risks, and challenges now, when I'm young. I've decided to start a business.
And before I get to the backstory of my company, Curious Kathryn, I need to tell you a little about myself. My name is Kathryn Miles Bauer and I'm 10 years old. I have an obsession for reading (Harry Potter & Percy Jackson typically) and I enjoy doing fun things in Atlanta. I spend a lot of time with my friends, who are incredible supporters in my business. I secretly write short stories (which certainly aren't the best) and I love to try new things.
